Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Program

This activity is approved through the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Approved Quality Improvement (AQI) Pathway and is eligible for 20 points toward the Self-Evaluation of Practice Performance requirement of Maintenance of Certification (MOC).

After completing Performance Improvement Strategies: Diabetes Care, you can attest to your participation and receive 20 Self-Evaluation of Practice Performance points by submitting a report to ABIM through your Physician Homepage on www.abim.org. Simply login using your ABIM ID and password and click "Report Continuous Quality Improvement activity for practice performance credit" listed under "My Maintenance of Certification Program."
